The property

The Society of the Holy Child Jesus, an International Women’s Religious Congregation, has decided to change the Generalate in Rome.
It has entrusted us with the task of searching for a new Generalate in line with its needs, both on the religious and lay markets.
Having identified a property belonging to another Spanish religious congregation, in the prestigious area of Monteverde Vecchio in Rome, we carried out all the technical and documentary checks regarding the property and estimated the costs necessary for future restoration. We negotiated the purchase in the exclusive interest of the Congregation, formulating an irrevocable offer and assisting the Congregation until the signing of the deed, coordinating the finances necessary for the purchase itself.
Therefore, the Congregation appointed us as Project Managers.
We drew up the contracts, entrusting the project of the restoration and energy renovation, selected the construction companies to be invited to the tender, carried out the tender, prepared the refurbishing contract and entrusted the works that also included the construction of an underground car park.
As Project Managers, we have verified compliance with costs and deadlines by reporting directly to the Society Leadership Team.
The building site was delivered in line with the schedule and in full compliance with the expected costs.
All activities were carried out in English and Italian.
Further, IMC has been in charge for many years of the Finance and Treasury of the General House both in Italy and in U.S.A.
