The property
After their moving to Madrid, the General House of the Daughters of Christ the King in Rome was no longer functional to the activities of the Congregation, and, for this reason, the General Council reluctantly has approved its sale.
The building of about 4,000 square metres, built by the Congregation itself around 1970 and in fair maintenance conditions, has an H-shaped structure with a main building parallel to Via della Pisana and a secondary body connected by a wonderful suspended volume; it includes five floors above ground with large terraces and balconies, a large parking lot, a magnificent private chapel with hand-made glass, two large kitchens, laundry, living rooms, bedrooms, offices and common areas, all surrounded by a wonderful garden with tall trees.
Through the privileged contacts of IMC, the ideal buyer was identified: the General House of the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood of Mariannhill, which, once the property complex has been purchased and renovated with IMC Consulting as Project Manager, will use it as a new General House and training centre for novice nuns from all over the world.
IMC Consulting favours operations between congregations and makes every effort to make this possible.
